Facial Care Beauty Regimen


Cleaning can help remove the dirt and oils that have accumulated in your face, either while at work or while you have been sleeping. The first part of the cleaning is to wash the face with warm water and mild soap to get the most out of the dirt and makeup off the skin surface. For deep-seated dirt, oils and cosmetics, the next step would be to use a cleansing cream or lotion on the face and neck. Do not just hit the cream on your face. Massage the cream into the skin with circular movements and upward. This will prevent your skin from sagging. Remove the cleanser with a clean, damp cloth or wipes, again, with upward strokes and circular.

Exfoliation can be done in most weekly. But if you have a job that requires your being outdoors all the time, you may need to do this every day. The exfoliation is the removal of dead skin cells, deep dirt and oils that are clogging the pores of the skin. When the pores are blocked, there is a greater likelihood that their skin conditions like acne developing. This is especially true for women with normal or oily skin. The scrubs contain tiny beads or granules. By using the scrub, gently rub the skin with circular motions, then rinse. For women with dry skin, it is best to use exfoliating cream containing more scrubbing and lower accounts.

Toning is the removal of any residual dirt makeup, cleansers and the last two parts. It also closes the pores of the skin and restore the skin's pH naturally. Dip a cotton ball in astringent or toner and gently apply to your face and neck with upward strokes and circular sweep. Focus especially on the nose and chin, as these are the areas where pimples and blackheads tend to accumulate.

Last but not least, you have moisturizing. This part is the restoration of the natural elasticity of the skin after wear and tear it has happen during the day. Simply involves applying moisturizer or a cream or lotion, again, in upward and circular movements. The best moisturizers for use in the morning are those containing sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Before bed, use moisturizers that contain nutrients that help to repair your skin while you sleep.
