Parts of a Facial Care Beauty

Exfoliation can be done at most a week. But if you have a job that requires you to be outside all the time, it may be necessary to do both days. Exfoliation involves the removal of dead skin cells, deep dirt and oils that clog the skin pores. When the pores are clogged, there is a greater likelihood of your skin problems like acne development. This is especially true for women with normal or oily skin. Exfoliants contain tiny beads or granules. When you use the scrub, rub gently on the skin in a circular motion and rinse. For women with dry skin, it is preferable to use exfoliants that contain more cream and less scrubbing beads.

Toning involves the removal of dirt, makeup and cleaning the last two remaining parties. It will also close the pores and reduce the level of the skin's natural pH. Soak a cotton ball in astringent or toner and gently apply to your face and neck in upward movements sweeping and circular. Focus especially on the nose and chin as these are the areas where blacks and whites tend to accumulate.

Last but not least, you have moisturizer. This part is to restore the natural suppleness of your skin after you wear and implementation during the day. Simply involves applying moisturizing cream or lotion, again, circular and upward motions. The best moisturizers for use morning are those that contain sunscreens to protect your skin against harmful UV rays. Before going to bed, use moisturizers that contain nutrients that help repair your skin while you sleep.
