1. Making a natural sleeping pattern for health care and wellness:
Sleeping as per the law of nature can have a number of effects of our health and wellness. In recent time most of the people are not sleeping in a proper time. Clock of our body system is naturally configured to nature’s clock. In the night our body takes rest and after sunrise it will be automatically configured to work. So we have to avoid these bad habits and follow these principles.
2. Avoid un-natural and un-healthy eating pattern for health and wellness:
Our eating habits have also changed with time. Today we eat too much un- natural and un- healthy food or drinks for this we have to face many kinds of disease. We eat food without a natural urge or appetite for eating, we eat because we want to eat or its time for eating. Today eating more doesn’t mean getting healthier but just opposite is true for health and wellness. So for better health we have to avoid this un-healthy eating.
