Wear a hat and SOLAR. If you are driving during the day, the sun can really abuse your skin. Even when you're inside the car with the windows closed rays are penetrating, so be sure to protect exposed skin. Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and wear a hat, preferably one with a wide brim. You will help prevent freckles, age spots and premature aging. Be sure to put some sunscreen on your hands too. We tend to forget the protection of our hands. As a result, age spots appear there even faster than they seem on the face. Keep a tube of sunscreen in the car where you can apply easily and frequently.

USE wipes made specifically for the face. When you're on the road, of course you're going to be out of his usual routine of skin care. It's hard to be a priority when driving 8 hours per day or more. But do not let your system so bad that not loosen the skin clean at least once or twice a day.

Make five minutes of exercise when you stop for gas. Blood flow is one of the things that keeps the skin healthy. Is through the blood that nutrients are carried to their tissue of the skin. When you're sitting in a car all day, your heart rate is still quite low, so blood is not pumping fast enough to provide good blood flow to the skin. Consider making at least five minutes of exercise each time it stops. You can do some jumping jacks while filling the gas tank. Jog in place while waiting in line in the bathroom. Or you could take a walk around the gas station or rest area. A jump rope is easy to carry and a couple of minutes of jumping rope is a great way to get your heart rate quickly. Blood flow will benefit from your skin and circulation, which will keep you looking and feeling better in your walk.

The sugar and white flour contain empty calories and lead to poor nutrition. This may appear a negative way, in the face and body. Sugar and white flour can lead to weight gain and skin problems.
